What do employees report about their working preferences in 2022? Believe it or not, it’s not all about the pandemic. We asked employees about their attitudes to the workplace in general—across themes including mental health, climate change, and personal productivity.
In response, almost half of employees said being in the physical workplace increases their productivity, while 41 percent say they are more likely to stay at a company that proposes a net-zero strategy. Overall, in a world in which concerns about health and the planet are on the rise, employees are asking more from their employers than ever. For businesses, doing the right thing can have a big impact on employee attraction and retention.
So, what do employees find attractive about returning to the office this year?
